Planning a wedding can be stressful but our process is easy and stress free
1. Contact Us
Simply reach out to us by phone, email, or social media, to check our availability and set up a consultation, either in person or virtually.
2. Meet and Greet
Here we will discuss your wedding day in detail, going over the events of the day and making sure we understand your vision and expectations along with sharing any recommendations we might have in mind.
3. Book With Us
Once you are ready to move forward we would require a signed contract and a deposit to lock down your date.
4. Event Planning
This is the part where your image comes alive, here we start putting together your wedding day timeline of events, gathering music, connecting with other vendors, etc. As we move along we provide you time frames of when we need certain information and plan to have our final meeting/discussion about 3 weeks before your wedding to make sure everything is in place.
5. Wedding Day
The time has arrived to enjoy the wedding you always dreamt of, grab your spouse and hit the dance floor.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
Wedding Host
Think of us as your wedding consultants, we create a time line of events to make sure the day moves along smoothly throughout the evening. We can make recommendations, answer any questions, and work hand in hand with your other vendors.
Zap Shots
Have candid pictures of your guests taken through out the evening partying on the dance floor. Photos are uploaded right to a HD screen for all to see. A great way to make everyone part of your celebration.
TV Screens
Take advantage of our HD screens by showing a montage of your early years or having zap shots.
Photo Booth
A fun way for your guests to take home a fun lasting memory. With our open concept booth there is plenty of room for more smiles.
Lighting
Have your name in lights on the dance, up lighting for the reception room and lighting effects during dancing sets. We have the lights for every occasion.
Multiple Setups
Need a set up for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception? We can accommodate different setups in multiple rooms as well as provide a few different DJ booth designs to fit your liking.
